saving skills for pvp - Guild Wars Forums

so i have to make characters to unlock all the skills for pvp. Say i have an elementalist/monk and i get all the skills, if i delete the character will the skills still be unlocked?

Yes.

All skills unlocked on your role playing character will permanatly unlock the skills for the pvp character selection.

This is also the same with item upgrades and runes that you may unlock during your rpg adventures.

oh one more thing are refund points unlimited?

You meen attribute refunds?
You get 24 refunds maximum, this resets every level.

If you meen skill points, you get a few every level, even when you reach level 20, you can still recieve them by doing bonus missions, and doing alot of missions
